Check In/Out Details:
- Check-In Time: 1:00 pm
- Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
- If the Check-In time is inconvenient to your plans, please call us and we will try to arrange a convenient time.
Reservations:
- All reservations are paid IN FULL at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation with less than 14 days notice before date of arrival will be charged $25.00 CAD per night per room.
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice before date of arrival – or failure to arrive – will result in the full amount charged being kept.
- All other cancellations will result in a $10.00 CAD administrative fee.

Pet Policies: No pets allowed.
Smoking:
- No smoking in the rooms, please.
- There are ashtrays provided on the front porch. We ask that you do not put your cigarettes out in the flowerbeds, or anywhere else on the grounds.
