Rooms/Prices

All of our rooms are beautifully decorated, with Queen size beds, and have their own ensuite bath, with hair dryer and bath robes provided.

Bell Fibe TV, mini-bar fridge and Keurig coffee maker are also provided in every room.

All of our rooms are $170 CAD per night, with a 2-night minimum.  We only accept adults.

NOTE:  As of January 1, 2024, an additional 3% MAT (Municipal Accommodation Tax) needs to be added to the cost of every room night.  Therefore, in the booking engine, the cost of the rooms show up as $170 + 3% ($5.10), equals $175.10 each.  Then, HST is added to both the room cost and the MAT.

Please note:  If you wish to book a room for a single night, we *may* be able to accommodate you, but you will need to call us directly to do so.

	Riesling Room. Newly decorated in beautiful modern yellows, oranges, and whites with walk-in closet, and Cherry wood furniture.  This room is at the back of the house, and offers an expansive view of the vineyards and the Niagara Escarpment in the distance.
	Champagne Room. Newly decorated in beautiful modern pinks, whites, and teal, with Ivory Bisque furniture. This room is at the back of the house also, and offers an expansive view of the vineyards and the Niagara Escarpment in the distance.
	Sauvignon Blanc Room. Newly decorated for that beachy feel in teals, whites, and green.  This room is at the front of the house and includes a view of the grounds, gardens, and the nearby vineyards.

	Guest Lounge. For your added convenience, a warm inviting guest lounge, newly decorated, is on the upper level, featuring a comfortable sitting area.
	Guest Lounge Self-Serve Breakfast Area. Toaster, kettle, dishes, microwave, stocked daily with breads, jams, etc.
	Our country-style home sits on a country acre, offering guests tranquility while remaining close to all amenities.
	This inviting newly decorated wrap-around front porch is a great place for guests to sit and enjoy that morning coffee, or to just relax in our Papasan chairs and take in the view.
	A flourishing vineyard adorns the view from the back of the bed and breakfast, and the Niagara Escarpment highlights the landscape in the near distance.
